Fintech is transforming the way financial companies innovate in Latin America, from better ways to make instant payments to new more inclusive risk models that leverage new technologies to include more people in the financial system. We want to hear from these voices on how they are building these projects and overcoming challenges to build new products.

Fintech Heros is an interview program designed to showcase the stories of the leading voices transforming the financial ecosystem in Latin America today. We’re searching for the human stories behind the trailblazers, disruptors, and innovators challenging the status quo in the region with new approaches, products, and models that bring the best of technology to build better and more inclusive financial services.

the project

I had to develop the brand identity for the program, including a logo and a visual system to apply to various collaterals. The first step was creating the materials to recruit candidates for the interviews. This included an email and a one-pager with all the necessary information.

For each interview, we produced a long video for YouTube, video shorts for LinkedIn and Instagram, a podcast for Spotify, and a blog post for the company’s website. I was responsible for editing all the videos, creating the intro and closing animations, and designing all the covers and thumbnails.

the brand

I used the “O” in the word “heroes” to create a visual system for the brand. The “O” functions as a spotlight, reflecting the idea behind these interviews: to give Belvo’s clients the chance to be in the spotlight and share their stories. I then used the “O” to create a frame in which I placed the picture of the interviewee.
